Goooooooooooood morning all and we had 3 mils of rain overnight.........we looked as though we were going to get a heap more but no such luck:(

Running around paying bills this am.......got to go down to the nursing home and pay the outstanding bill there go and check out a couple of oppies and then do some gardening.......thats my day about sorted:(

Well we should leave sometime today. Not sure as hubby said something about doing some things today. Gee that man can annoy me sometimes. Leaves things until the last minute. Other than that things are ready to go. If I have forgotten anything tough.

JVH your posts are so kind and sincere - the thread is so lucky to have you - thank you!
My little neice was diagnosed with a muscle degenerative disease when she was 3 (very rare) however it is a childhood ailment which is controlled with steroids and can re-occur up until she is 18. At first she was tested for muscular dystrophy and my life stopped. OH said I cried even in my sleep waiting for the results! She is checked regularly and has been doing fantastic - (been off the steroids for months now!) -

Lily I am with a DEN as well. I went for an interview yesterday and I think it went well she told me were the parking was and what time to get there to get a park and they have uniforms she told me how much they are etc I think I might be the only one with some kind of previous experience. I went for an interview about a fortnight ago and they said you should hear from us by Wednesday which was last week I aint heard, lol. I applied for 5 jobs last week so here's hoping.
Ruddy hot up here too hot for words I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow to remove some bulk, lol.
Lily I've been looking at the cost of renting in yr area and its as cheap as? For example for $220 up here I get a 2 bedroom house the kitchen light doesnt work and the kitchen cupboard is broken also the shower leaks downstairs and the showere head leaks. Basically u get what u pay for a dump that should be condemned, lol.
For $220 in Hervey Bay u get at least a 3 bedroom low set with fans throughout house beachside.
What do u guys have there Woolies, Big W a Uni. Townsville is so expensive cause of the Army and Uni students...

hey everyone, missnogal sorry to hear about yout niece, but it is great that she is doing so well and off of the steroids..they can be really bad for the bones sometimes....

went to my court hearing today and it went very well, I should know in 2 weeks what is going to happen, but from how it stands it will go in my favour!!!

my toothache is much better, it was quite warm today, and when i was about to leave from the city to come home, I realized that the sun had a real kick in it and I got burnt,, not much but my arms are a bit pink, but by tomorrow they will be dark brown,,thats how it is with my olive skin..

Hi Bear im getting there.........my aged friend comes and helps me makes the coffee and sorts and packs china.....thank goodness as well she is in tune re what is top china and what is not.........so im doing what i can.

My son who was helping has done the ligament in his knee so he cant help........he goes to see the knife and fork boy on Friday...........i know hes going to have an op:(
