Hi JVH hope your OH got some answers at the docs today - very distressing - my OH also suffers from high bp (I know it is symptomless but he insists he gets a tight feeling/throbbing in his legs when it gets higher) - I bought a home bp tester but he never uses it. Hugs and best wishes it is sorted!

Feeling way better today - spoke to my sister for almost 2hrs on skype (she lives a distance away same state) - and really has her hands full atm but she is so strong and I am so proud of her.

Hi Dame and thanks they have changed his meds again and we have to do the BP at least twice a day........i have no confidence whatsoever in his GP but of course getting a man to a doctor is an effort and getting them to maybe have a second opinion is just well we wont got there lol

HI Miss and so glad you are feeling so much better and i had a chuckle about the BP machine and your OH not wanting to use it..........this time hes been put onto Tarka we have enough BP and chlorestrol tabs in the house between us to start a pharmacy lol

Well we are off to do a bit of grocery shopping today. Thank goodness we do not need much. Hate it with a passion. lol

R is still not smoking. So that is great news. He has 3 weeks left on the Champix. The lollies have gotten a good workout. But heaps cheaper than ciggies.

I am in a really good mood today. Had a scream of a laugh with my carer jsut a few mins ago, these girls make my day.

JV gosh its such a worry with your OH, I do really hope he starts to feel better soon. These men certainly keep us on our toes! lol

Well been on the phone to centrelink this morning, they are actually very helpful people. My carer payment/allowance is up for review. I might not be able to stay on it but won't know for a few months for sure.

Still they have been good to me. I just don't know how I will make it all work if that eventuates but its life I guess. OH is trying to see if we can get DD into school for a day or so a week. Just to give her some opportunities to socialise more, but I have a feeling the school is not real interested in disability. But will continue to try.

Other than that not much happening in our lil world.

Beanie carers are wonderful aren't they. I've had a lady pop out to give the girls some respite from us the other day. I came home to lots of smiles, they had a ball. So nice to see!

Anyway better get going bubs will be awake soon

I always say the girls need respite from us instead of us from them lol It would be because they are such great kids.

I rang the school, as thought don't want to know 😞 So we are going to have to look at the special school. It will only be one or two days a week if we go through with it all. The only downer is it will mean 4 hours of driving each time.

Hi Beani and yes the carers are truly angels in earthly garb.........the ones that used to attend to my demented mother were something else.............they all so deserve to placed high on a pedestal..........and i bet you have so much fun with the puppy...........they give so much unconditional love:)
