I have to make puff pastry pizza squares tonight.

never done it before with puff pastry.

I figure mine will be as good as dominos so why not give it a whirl?

Pita bread ones are not Mr Beanis faves.

Hi JVH just caught kezza's post re a sniper????!!!! OMG awful - stay safe!!!
Reeling tonight took my neice to meet up with my sis and her kids and long story short neice went jaunting off to see a pelican on what we thought was a beach - I followed her naturally - turned out to be 'mud flats' and she started to sink (and scream) - I was sinking trying to reach her - ended up I was mid thigh in mud couldn't move was like concrete - have no idea how I managed to get her whether I dragged lifted or pulled her out I have no memory. Anyway legs feel like lead weights tonight lol - about to have a brandy and a bath. (We both lost our shoes - think I'm in slight shock lol). All's well that ends well!

Bella congrats on the l'il princess - what a lovely xmas present you will get - best wishes it all goes well!

Oh geez im so sorry...........that must have been terrible for you ...............terrible to for the little one........is that the little niece that has been so ill?

Yes they have the sniper praise God...........some whacko firing off a hand gun.........had to be a very powerful handgun...........the poor man that he sniped is still in a coma in hospital..........some very strange people out there for sure:(

Hi JVH thank goodness they caught the sniper! Feeling so badly for the poor guy in a coma - just disgusting! Yes was that neice took her with me to see her cousins. Think they should have had warning signs out - feeling much better today and my neice was fine last night making gingerbread men for Santa with her ma!

Back to preparing the house for guests and xmas lunch. OH will be home tonight - the syd. hospital rang him yesterday as he hadn't yet gone back for his test results and they indicated one of them had come back very high (?) so he was going last night after we spoke! Haven't heard from him yet just hope it went ok.

OH I cant believe your experience at the mud flats. How awful! That was life threatening!!!! SHoes are a small price to pay for your eventual safety. HUgs to you and neice.

I am ok thank you, on about 3-4 hours sleep but I shall survive with a nap later I hope 🙂

They really were. I had to make up a sauce...got some tom paste and bbq sauce and mixed it together. I figured if you can put that on meat you are going to bbq why not on a pizza. Lucky I was right. I have a piece left for lunch today yummmm

Hope everything is good and only good news.

Good they got that sniper but terrible for the injured man but at least he is alive, his family must be happy to still have him with them.
