Good Afternoon all :-x

Had a bad night think I overdid it with the walking had chest pains and felt like my chest was bubbly such a weird sensation.
My legs feel better but my blister is nasty the nurse had a look at it and she said to be careful. So I am having a few days off. think I got a bit of heat stroke as it was quite warm when I went walking even though it was 8.15ish.
Going to lie back down.

Kezza would be more concerned with the chest pain. Hope the nurse checked that out too. Take care not to get those blisters infected.

I got my hair all cut off and is quite short but feels better and easier to do as I do not have a lot of time these days, I like it but Mum doesnt lol

Marvellous that mother still takes an interest been growing all the layers out in my hair so that i can wear it up all the time sure beats trying to style it daily........is rush straight and very thick

Glad that Ash is ok so so hard to watch them 24/7 and some of them can and do get very cunning.

I think the most horrifying thing i ever heard my mother do was to smear you know what all over the ensuite wall at the home..........god i was mortified for her as she was such a clean and ladylike lady not like her daughter lol
