Hi to the thread:)
Well went to the dentist today and she says I need some back teeth lol too many missing and I am grinding my teeth to the max and she says it is stress so will try to take care of all of that when I return.
Off to Brisbane in the morning and meeting up with my good friend Rosieglen and her OH for lunch
Have not seen her for far too long, so will be lovely
I think I will be away until next Tuesday so hopefully all will be well here, with Mum and Ash:)

Hi JVH yes putting your hair up in your climate would be much cooler - no fuss no muss and it looks good too! Moroccan oil is magic too, and non-greasy -

Hi kezza agree with you regards the sellers. Common courtesy really - thankfully you are paypal protected. Hope you get your ipod this week so you can enjoy it on the weekend.

Windy today - bit cooler - will still walk the pooch otherwise I get the guilts lol!

Went looking for an armband for my IPOD looked in Target and Big W even Dickie Smith no go ended up buying one on Ebay cheaper than the ones in store. Seller of IPOD contacted me said he couldnt send my IPOD express post cause it has a lithium battery but I thought dont people travel with their IPODS and this battery on planes anyway. Doesnt really matter as the seller lives near Logan and should be here tomorrow depending on good ol Aussie Post, lol.
Walked round the shops and had terrible pain in my left leg under the knee inner side of leg rubbed it a few times and it seemed to get better or more bearable to walk on. Really think I overdone with the long walks going to stick to a 40 mintues maximum and when I get my IPOD I intend on going in the morning and afternoon for 30 miintue walks.

Ok havent tried the moroccan oil but have seen it is that just applied and left in the hair?

Yes thats right about those batteries.........bet you will be glad to get back into your walking routine:)

Didn't go the diabetic clinic today as I had bowel problems and didnt want to stray too far from the toilet IYKWIM.
Diabetes clinic rang me and made me an appointment for next Thursday and I was a little worried as I wasnt supposed to see the Dr for another 6 weeks or so.
So the nurse rang and said they are trying me on insulin next week and if I was ok about it. I said no worries if they think its best 😞
Nurse said it could be the tablets that are giving me the bowel problems as they put me up a tablet.
My bodies revolting in everyway, lol.

Geez girl you are having a few issues not good there is also a full on wog about with d and v plus the flu hope you are not getting that the d hits one like a hammer:(
