Computer guy didnt show up rang another fella and he advised to save everything and reinstall so I did twice still not on the net so he thinks it might be the modem which is brand new damn computers...

Lady didnt end up putting nails on she said they were 2 short and said give it a month or 2, I think she could have done sculptured nails but she was in a hurry to go somewhere.  So I got a massage today felt great only cost $65 for an hour.  I feel reengized to get back into the walking.

Jen did u watch the footy last night great result.

Miss I'd really like to experience a decent winter was so hot and sultry this arvo we are supposed to be getting rain tonight and tomorrow so gonna treat myself and go to the gym tomorrow for a change.

Hi Kezza and i should get my nails done look like old crocodile skin......geez have gardened for years without gloves lol not a good look lol

Yes watched some of the footie but the phone kept ringing so gave up as a bad joke lol

The guys played state of origin golf....they are like a bunch of kids

Only just shut the house up for the night no heater on here this evening either.

Had the air con in the car earlier today was stinken hot am over it:(

Afternoon JVH and Kezza

Hi JVH yes have a good lawyer keeping all receipts and taking loads of photos. So far it has cost in excess of $30,000 and still to choose and have new tiles laid. Will leave the tiles for a couple of months to ensure balcony totally waterproof not going through this again. I'm still camping at mums with the pooch. House standing up well considering only 95% finished with the waterproofing. Massive storms tonight will test it to the limit. OH is bravely holding down the fort!

Hey Kezza could use a good massage myself sounds like ah hour of bliss. Hope you find a more friendly manicurist and get those computer problems fixed. Trust me you would hate the weather here at the moment. Esplanade I drive every day flooded in loads of places - blowing a gale and freezing cold.

Popping out for dinner with mama to the local bowling club. Will go earlier to get home before the huge predicted storm. Think a glass of merlot will go down rather nicely but only one as I'm driving.

Afternoon Miss and Kezza

Geez Miss you guys have had so so much rain.....how is the house holding up bet you are not a happy camper........and if you get a sloppy tradie you sure can and do pay a huge price for their incompetance.

Had some rain here been out for lunch at the club then went and visited friends with a new bubba and generally had a pretty laid back day:)

Fingers crossed for you Miss re the dammed storm  blowing into the house.

Afternoon Miss and Jen,

Jen its been rahter cold up here even for me people are getting round in their jumpers and jeans it was 19 degrees yesterday are coldest day in May since 1990 we had some rain and winds our power went out for a while.  Its still cold today even though I have a sleeveless shirt on every one else has on jumpers and jeans I dont feel the cold that much seems about 20 today.  Twas a tad cold last night but I still had my fan on full boar and a doona cover on over my flannette sheet.

Rang isp and they are helping me out it seems to me as though its a problem with the line as I put my sons laptop on the modem and it still wouldnt connect to the internet.  If the problems with me it will cost me $120.

Going for my walk tomorrow only will manage 3 times this week, better than nothing hoping I can just go down antoher size to a loose 20 worked out I went from a size 26 to tight 20 in 14 weeks.  All up I've lost 27 kilos has been expensive keeping up with the cloths sizes I get mostly everthing off ebay as its too expensive in the stores I went to autograph to get my sizing and I fitted into a size 20 comfortably than I bought a pair of capri's off ebay and they were as tight as so its just the matter of the draw as to what u get some makes are bigger than others.  It pays to get people to measure the cloths for you, lol.

At the internet place son wanted to play some games, I downloaded some songs on my ipod downloaded the same song 3 times so its on my ipod 3 times, lol just as well its a good song.

Hi JVH sounds like a lovely cruisey day for you - yay!

House weathered the storm well thanks to my brother and his crew working in horrendous conditions and no balistrade for safety - he has been overseeing the waterproofing as well so we are in good hands.  Had he not stepped in we would have been flooded.. waiting for the other mob.  Hopefully the waterproofing crew will be back next week to finish. Then the ballistrade people can come back and re-install and I won't have to worry about the pooch taking a flying leap.

Nice to be home tonight.  Cleaned up downstairs as much as I could but not breaking my neck as plasterers/painting crew will need to come and repair the inside damage.  Have to laugh or I will cry lol!

Was lovely staying at mums - got some lovely pics of the pooches - they loved living together through the week.  Might have to go back playing by ear.  Thanks JVH for your comment - I did make one of the pics a profile pic. on fb couldn't resist!

Looking forward to my own bed tonight and a huge veg in front of the t.v.  Wishing everyone a great night!

Kezza excercising 3 times a week is fabulous!!!  Sizes do differ enormously even the same brand.  Good idea looking on ebay so many bargains to be had.  Do home the computer gets sorted it is very frustrating!

Thank goodness for your brother and his men otherwise goodness knows how your house would be......and yes not much point having a massive clean till the work is all finished..........bet you will be glad to have it all done and dusted..............hope its not too cold for you both with the house not totally weather proof would be dammed cold

House still here open to the four winds  heater has not been unpacked yet up here in the tropics:)

Afternoon all!

Hi JVH house nice and warm have the ducted heating on - and no rain today - yet!  Yes my bro is a legend - so grateful.  He still thanks me for having my neice every day till she went to school so my SIL could work full time - tho that was the happiest time of my life so he did me the favor then too lol!

OH is busy painting architrave in the waterproofing material to match the house my brother thinks will add even more protection.  Will go up next week hopefully.

Put all the clothes back in the closets and have done a huge purge.  OH has Ralph Lauren suits/Brooks Bros./Yves St Laurent Dior etc. either worn once or twice or not at all which he admits will never fit him again - so may list a few on ebay.  They are so beautiful Im sure someone will appreciate a bargain - and we will appreciate the wardrobe space.  I have already given some away that fit family/friends.  OH is both a shopaholic and a hoarder so Im happy he has finally seen the light.
