hi all,

hope everyone is feeling a bit better tonight, and missnogal, hope ur hubby is ok,,,

I have had a busy day today and will be glad to crawl into bed, just a bit concerned about a friend who is not answering her phone,, she always answers esp if it is me...
might try again in half an hour, then if she does not answer i will ring the police to do a welfare check..

i won a sheridan quilt package yesterday ,so thats exciting and has cheered me up a bit,
my narcolepsy is getting worse and i fell asleep while cooking and nearly caught the kitchen on fire...naji woke me up by head butting my leg then jumping on my lap..the kitchen was full of smoke...scary stuff.

dont come on too often anymore too many nasties about, attacking me at every oportunity... 😞

I had the flu shot this year.....and still ended up with the flu....just a different strain...

I wanted to head down keep him company but he insists it is just a precaution and is keeping me updated. Hi Miss yes its a bit of a burden and yes i have my darling son and angel daughter in law........they do live and work in Brissie.........but do get down when they can.........im thinking its simply just all part of a lesson in life...........i am learning to be extemely patient:)

Hi there Bear and that is very scarey stuff about you falling asleep whilst cooking.......dont know much about that illness.....but it has to be very worrying for you when you are going through it all on your own..........big hugs:)

Pjbear thank you too! Hopefully with your beautiful new sheridan quilt you will have better sleeps. Be careful around that oven!! Hope your flu is over.

The hospital wanted to keep OH last night but his c.t. scan didn't show anything sinister. They also gave him a spinal tap which did show some blood thankfully not enough to be of great concern. His Dr. had been worried he had all the symptoms of an impending stroke. The Dr. wanted to phone an ambulance to collect him from the Dr.'s surgery but OH drove himself. Anyway he will go back and see the Dr. to review the report. B.P. was down from 190 2 weeks ago to 165 but headaches and nausea were not a good companion.

Hi Miss and thank goodness the Doc was being very thorough.......some of them leave a fair bit to be desired:)

The headaches and nausea must be dreadful for him must be like having migraine all the time:(
