Hi Scatty and great news about the new beast on wheels........i can totally relate to you and what you are saying re having an older car........mines nearly a teenager.......and my aunt in christchurch has one that is i think 22 years old.......still goes like a train........its what you get used to.........mine is used to cart bark potting mix etc etc:)

Lol Dame well my old girl is nearly a teenage.......little Honda and it starts first time every time which is all that i need:)

Goooooooooooooood morning to all and had a top day in
Brissie now back to reality.

The Leonardo da Vinci exhibition was really marvellous with a lot of full working models..........heaps to see then went to see a opera costume display then a steve parish display.......brilliant nature photos.......and then we had lunch late..............lovely pancakes

Was stinken stinken hot up there but was a top day.......and good to get the train there and back and not have to drive:)

So how is everyones week going for them?

Off to walk the hound dog:)

It is a very windy day here today, and I am off to Maryborough later on to see my sister before she heads back to the big smoke (Brisbane)

hey all, we are still having some pretty rough weather, I have had minimal damage done to my place , but hey it coulda been worse, I have a BIG tree down, and guess what it's covered by insurance..funny hey! LOL! but I dont think I will take them up on their new for old, I am happy for them to remove it and clean up the damage!!

I had some further results back , some were okay and some were not..one of them said that my vitamin d levels were so low that they could not even get a reading???

And my iron levels are extremely low, so i gotta have iron tabs...
I am not producing any whiye cells atm so my immune system is shot,, and I have to have tests for suspected myeloma--whatever that is..
but I am feeling ok.. tired, and a little down but happier in myself than I have been...
prolly cos my mother has gone to Canberra for a week and a half! YAY!!!!!peace and quiet....I don't have to "check in" woohoo! But i hope she has a good time,,AND remembers to bring me something back!

Morning all. Hope everyone is traveling well today. PJ you have had more than your share of bad. Hope things imrove for you soon.

Dame when will you be in Brisbane. Would love to have lunch with you and Rosie. I have less than three weeks before I leave again.

Well I had the best time at my friends. Love it. Back to reality and PT and a walk today. Have gained a little so need to get back in the swng of things. Today is my first session since my injection. Hope it holds up. LOL

Purps, if you and Rosie arrange a date just let me know as Mr has to go to brissie shortly just for a day trip and I can cadge a lift, I think I can work in with most things now as my sister Robyn is in Maryborough and she can come down for the day to be with Mum and ash if need be:)
