LOVE TO BASICALLY TAP INTO ALL THAT EXPERIENCE THAT IS OUT THERE......AND ABOVE ALL ELSE WOULD LOVE TO SEE PEOPLE POST THAT FEEL THAT THEY MAY NOT HAVE MUCH TO CONTRIBUTE TO A THREAD., IM SURE THAT SOMEONE ON THE THREAD IS GOING TO FIND VERY INTERESTING WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY.

WE HAVE ALL AT SOME TIME BEEN BURNT BY THE FIRES OF HELL EITHER MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY..DURING SOMETIME IN OUR LIFE....SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO SHARE SOMETHING THAT IS TROUBLING YOU OR HAS TROUBLED YOU I SINCERELY HOPE THAT YOU WILL GET THE SUPPORT HERE:)

So sorry you are going through this awful sad time JVH - hope the brandy helps a little. I do hope your son is okay - and you are getting enough support from your OH. Thank you for the update - more hugs winging your way. Hope your mum is peaceful. A very strong lady - you must be very proud of her.

Thanks Purps yes the brandy is just what i needed.......very unusual for me to have a drink at all:).....its all about a waiting game now.......and yes a super strong lady........took on many battles and won

Yes i worry about my boy........hes seen rather a lot in his life.........but all we can do is one day at a time:) The OH is very low profile.......and im just keeping my mouth pretty much jammed shut:)

Evening all.
JVH my thoughts and prayers are with you. It is this waiting that really hurts. We know it is going to happen and we do not want it to be so peaceful but on the other hand it is so painful iykwim


Dame I hope things are going well with you.

Well the camper is just about packed. And I have so much room left over. Have not even started to pack the luggage bag for the roof rack. I do not even know if there is much to go in it. LOL Hubby says I will find something for sure. lol

Kezza one week until I hit Townsville. Looking forward to seeing you again Hope life is treating you well.

Hugs to everyone and just back in Mother is still hanging in there but sounds dreadful of course:( Have a very early am appointment with the funeral parlour to try and sort out all the final bits and pieces...have basically decided to have a private family service.....and then have to try and sort out how to have the memorial service where mother grew up and where the family were pioneers. Am usually super organised but arnt at the moment:(

Goooooooooood morning everyone 🙂

Just a brief note to inform you all that Mother passed over late last evening........the last couple of weeks were horrendous all round:(

My loving son and our Angel were still here when it happened. This am early have to go to the Funeral director and do all the bits and pieces.

Thank you so much for all your support over these last long months.......your prayers and words of encouragement gave me a great deal of strenght:)

JV, please accept my deepest sympathies on the loss of your mum. I know it is cliche but at least now, she is not suffering.
So much to organise now, you will be flat out, and probably not be able to catch your breath, but I do hope you can get some time out at some stage, time just for you.

May your mum rest in peace. I am sure she is watching over you now, and so appreciative of all your love and caring.
