:-xHello everyone, jv my liver probs are also paracetamol related..that stuff is deadly... its been so hot here today 39 and it is 32 in my house..bout to go cool off in the make believe pool ( the shower0 wish i could get into the pool, we have a nice outdoor one near me, and it is always nice and cool there...

yep I have noticed the board being quiet..people on hols and busy with RL i guess.

yep fruit and veg is at an unbelievable price

bananas and grapes are $7.00 a kilo strawbs are $3.98 a punnet, lettuce was $3.50 yesterday today its $1.98, potatoes are $6.00 a kilo,, but then there are some things cheap..i am growing my own tommies..and soon putting in the cueys!!

thanx missy..yep naji is a character.. LOL i will check out the liver book, but the dr's reckon that the gall bladder can affect the liver, now that my gall bladder is out, i am hoping my liver will improve just a little!!

well just finishing off a salad sanga..then goin for a cool off in the shower... might water the tomatoes first tho..

Bear have you tried growing the cos lettuce....that will grow in a pot nicely and you can just cut the leaves as you need them.....and they mature very quickly as well:)

Yes I am and I hope I look like she does at her age:)
I got the results back from doc today with the exrays re all the fluid on the ankles and it is arthritis and I am going to have some physio when I come back from the trip
Mr Beam wandered past and saw you and Freddie and said to send hugs to 2 of his favorite c/s ladies:)

Well not a lot happening. Off to meet some one from CS ping. today. Then maybe do a spot of shoping. I need a new kettle. Won't be buying much else as no room to cart it and hubby would not be pleased. lol

Tomorrow night we are going to my nephew's for a barbie. Looking forward to that. Will be great to see him and his family again.

Think I will just post my pics here. So wil do that soon.
