Specialist in 2 weeks. At the risk of sounding neurotic, still spewing the doctor has put on my referral I have FX syndrome when I only carry it. Gosh I wish they were more sensitive to the situation. As if I need more discrimination and people treating me like i am intellectually impaired. I know I possibly need to relax about the whole thing, it just irritates me lol
Anyway hope everyone has a terrific day.

Good evening all.
JV I am so sorry that your friend has such a short time. Hugs.
Well today was lovely. We did a 6 k hike around Dove Lake at Cradle Mountain. Took us nearly 3 hours. It had the lot, hills, steps everything for a good workout. Now I am stiff and sore. Plus tired.
Off to bed soon. Take care everyone and catch you in the morning.

Miss wrote - Scatty I pictured you as a very confident lady - was surprised (and applauded) your courage in getting out there and enjoying that holiday solo! More power to you! Next time it will be easier and I too, believe in those 'smoking ladies' -
Thanks miss, I am pretty confident most of the time, but I need people like you to reinforce what confidence I have.
We are all really just "little girls" at heart, and I think that's a good thing - keeps us in touch with each other.
Perhaps it applies to little boys too - I guess we are all children at heart - not in a schmulchy way - more in an afraid, kind of "what's next" kind of way.
Getting older is so interesting - you learn so much and think you know so much, and then all of a sudden, you find yourself tossed into "life" and challenges. And you cope - who knows how! And that's the wonder of it all.:-)
At present I am back at work, 6 days a week, coping with the elderly cat (and his incontinence) and posting on ebay discussion groups!
So thanks for listening to my little existential rave - and I feel better for it!!!:-x
