Hey all quick update,
I saw the specialist today and in 10 days will be in hospital for a hysterectomy, while its good news it will be over with it means I can't look after the little one. It's such a shame he fits into the family like a glove ๐Ÿ˜ž

But can't be avoided, prayers he goes to someone who can cherish him for the wonderful little fella he is:-x

Kezza, I hope everything is ok at the doctors when you go back, fingers crossed for you:-x

Hi Bella and just saw your note from the Docs........geez my brain is not in gear........you wont know yourself after you have had that particular snip and tuck:) best thing i ever did for myself:) and your health improves virtually overnight:)

Shame about the little prince..........please he goes to a lovely little home where he can be adored:)

Morning all :-x

Jv so sorry to hear of chrissie's passing they say she is in a better place and I tend to agree

Missy moo
I start my course the following week I got some books today about $350 worth for $125 all the editions I need. I just need 2 more books which are goin for more than the price of them in the book shop.

I got my hair done today just a colour and she showed me about 6 different things to put in my hair I bought 1 a split ends thingie as I'm growin my hair. I got my eyebrows waxed and a treatment and it cost me $205 ๐Ÿ˜ž It looks good but I'm only getting my hair coloured every nowand again while I'm unemployed. Imagine if I got a hair cut as well thats an extra $55. They do a good job but.

Been feeling really down I dont feel I belong anywhere I keep telling myself things will get better with this new Uni degree and getting ya hair done makes ya feel better until ya gotta pay, lol.

My Doc wants to see me regarding my blood test I know its bad news re my gluclose level she will pro want me to increase my tablets I'm worried I will have to go on injections. I hate finger pricking myself and cant stand needles.

I'm glad yr bbq went well miss I havent been invited to one since 2002:-( Pro cause I aint got no friends...

C ya's :-x

Big waves also to everyone :-x

HI Kezza and i bet you feel better with all your new hair etc........is always guaranteed to make a gal feel all special

Sorry you are still having big issues with your health.....do you take any vitamins at all..........do you think that they might help at all?

And yes my friend is in a much better place........still shattered and my family has taken it very hard:(

WHY I LOVE MOM
Mom and Dad were watching TV when Mom said, 'I'm tired, and it's getting late. I think I'll go to bed'.

She went to the kitchen to make sandwiches for the next day's lunches. Rinsed out the popcorn bowls, took meat out of the freezer for supper the following evening, checked the cereal box levels, filled the sugar container, put spoons and bowls on the table and started the coffee pot for brewing the next morning. She then put some wet clothes in the dryer, put a load of clothes into the washer, ironed a shirt and secured a loose button. She picked up the game pieces left on the table, put the phone back on the charger and put the telephone book into the drawer. She watered the plants, emptied a wastebasket and hung up a towel to dry.

She yawned and stretched and headed for the bedroom. She stopped by the desk, wrote a note to the teacher, counted out some cash for the field trip, and pulled a text book out from hiding under the chair

She signed a birthday card for a friend, addressed and stamped the envelope and wrote a quick note for the grocery store. She put both near her purse.

Mom then washed her face with 3 in 1 cleanser, put on her Night solution & age fighting moisturizer, brushed and flossed her teeth and filed her nails.

Dad called out, 'I thought you were going to bed.'

'I'm on my way,' she said.

She put some water into the dog's dish then made sure the doors were locked and the patio light was on.

She looked in on each of the kids and turned out their bedside lamps and TV's, hung up a shirt, threw some dirty socks into the hamper, and had a brief conversation with the one up still doing homework.

In her own room, she set the alarm ; laid out clothing for the next day, straightened up the shoe rack. She added three things to her 6 most important things to do list. She said her prayers, and visualized the accomplishment of her goals.

About that time, Dad turned off the TV and announced to no one in particular. 'I'm going to bed'

And he did. without another thought.

Anything extraordinary here? Wonder why women live longer...?

Cause we are made for the long haul....(and we can't die sooner, we still have things to do!!!!)

Send this to five phenomenal women today...they'll love you for it! I just did. Then go to bed!

Good afternoon everyone!

Hi jvh seems you are still sorting our your mum's things and now Chrissie's too. Hope you are getting through it all ok (and your family and of course, Chrissie's family.)

Hiya kezza keep saying there will be a turn-around for you - nothing stays the same forever. Hopefully you will meet some nice people in your course. Glad the new 'hair-do' helped! If you lived down here you would have been very welcome to come to my barbie!

Hi bella glad your op is scheduled sooner than later (easier to get it behind you) - everyone I know who has had one has wished they had done it years before! Look after you first then it will be easier for you to look after your little 'kingdom'.

Scatty loved the 'story' you posted. Rings so true! Thank you!!

Big hello to everyone!!

Finished babysitting for today (my neice has Wednesday's off till the end of the month) - so there were two today. I was the referee lol!
Having a much earned cuppa to be followed by a nice cold glass of well anything alcoholic lol.
