Hi Freddie yes very different and thank you for bidding.... will keep an eye out for the buyers money they often dont pay till say Monday if and when they return to work...you will be the first to know if they dont honour their agreement....and i dont have anymore like that kicking about either.....some plain ruby ones but have to decide what is going and what the DIL is going to get her little mitts on:)

Oh and I made another sponge today, it's perfect. I worked out what the problem was with the first one. When I separated the eggs, I got the tinniest bit of yoke (which broke when I was separating)in with the white. Now I have to get rid of this one, it's far too tempting to have here.

I'm impressed and my dear old friend will be impressed when I present her with her sponge next Wednesday.

Hi Karen and thanks for asking re Mother....was able to get and see her again today roads are all clear and no nasty flooding to contend with......... but am a bit over this weather i dont do inside that well lol.........am the outdoors gal:)

Oh wow Freddie im so pleased for you........it always used to be a no fail receipe so am glad you got it all sorted.....and im sure the old darling will be thrilled.......they always seem to love what i call that older fashioned cooking:)

Freddie, MIL Is flooded in, she lives near Grafton, however, she is ok, no better but no worse. Sill weighs less than 40 kg. Her daughter is coming up from Tassie in June. I suspect her chemo is palliative but she has an apt. in Lismore next month to discuss it.
