Good morning JV, hope you both feel better soon. I'm about to ring the doctor re my OH, he is still not well.

I'm still exhausted from the weekend. I've never come across a child with such complex needs. Just so all consuming. Poor lil mite, I only hope they can find lil one a forever home. My heart aches for him but my family must come first.

Hoping to catch up on housework today and try and relax if possible.

Hugs to you both and yes one has to wonder what the little ones had to go through to end up to be so complex etc etc.......people should have to have a licence and sit an exam to have children

I do hope that you both settle quickly and that the OH is feeling better this arvo x

Hi Miss the ecg showed up possible coronary heart disease. They believe the stress of having the little one triggered the angina and pain. They will do another ecg next Monday if the irregularity on the ecg goes no further tests will be done.

If it is still showing up he will go for a stress test and they will take it from there. On his side is the fact he is very fit and healthy otherwise. Last blood tests showed his cholesterol was brilliant about 2 months ago.

So it may just be put down to stress. We absolutely did the right thing with the two children, its hard but its better also for them.

Afternoon all!

Hi JVH hope you and your OH are both feeling better today!!! Pity I can't pop in with a nice casserole! Good news regards my s.i.l's dog she hopes to bring him home tomorrow - surgery was a success! I'm babysitting while she goes to get him ($400 a night just for accomm. at the doggie hospital!) - my brother is over in NZ on a seminar so she needs help esp. with the kiddies.

Hi bella so sorry the placement didn't work out but you absoloutely did the right thing as far as your family are concerned. Hoping the little one is placed somewhere he will thrive - ((hugs)) and fingers crossed your OH gets fixed at the docs. today!

Hi beani I was in short sleeves too (not for long before I ran for a cardigan lol) - at least the downpour today was short and sweet!

Waves to everyone - been out all day (again) haven't even unpacked the brekkie dishes from the dishwasher lol! Hope everyone enjoying a lovely day!

Hi Miss and thanks for your concern.........and so glad the doggie was ok.........and yes vets etc know how to charge:).........400 a night gets one a very nice hotel room with breakkie:)

But so glad the vet was able to sort the puppy out:)x

missnogal : YOu got a downpour? We got nothing but a sprinkle. OH may just as well as left the BBQ outside. Today its 21 again and just lovely. I like it mild... should be like this all year round.

JV family situation sounds hard but you will get through it with your customary grace. Sometimes wish we could choose our rellies.... would like to lose a couple of no-hopers out of mine but the less said on that the better. 🙂

Hoping you all have a great week. Sooner or later I will have to actually get some work done.... but apart from some spring cleaning I have only been on the PC to mainly go on the forum. I so don't want to do anything else. I am restless this week.

Hi beani we live near the ocean and seem to be the brunt of the big downpours lol (and the high winds) - yes lovely day today - tho I was babysitting and school running hardly time to stop and enjoy! Hopefully tomorrow. Stay well!
