Well It is blowing a gale and very cool here. I hate windy weather. Stirs the hay fever up.

Not much happening as we are sticking close to camp atm. Also we have done a wheel bearing on the ute. Have to get it booked in and fixed sometime next week.

Hi JVH hope you have a fun weekend planned! Not too worried about OH now that a blood clot has been ruled out - just feel sorry for him having to go to the hospital every day to get put on a drip.

Well girl its still raining here so have been having a tip out in the garage..........but of course i should have waited till the OH went to golf as hes thinking that everything might be used some day:) Men

Glad your OH is ok but that has to be a pain getting drip daily..........how long might that take?

Hi JVH my OH a hoarder as well so I have been de-cluttering while he is interstate lol! Funny thing being he won't miss a thing! He had his last drip yesterday and is now relying on antibiotics orally unless he has a major flare up. Sadly he was in the ER yesterday and a distraught man had to be sedated having just been in an accident where someone was killed. OH said it was very distressing.

It's so cold here I have the heater blasting away. Roll on summer!

Hi that must have been dreadful for him to experience.........and yes the OH is the same never goes looking for stuff or asking have you seen such and such.......cant stand living in mess lol

Hi and what a lovely thing to do for mother..........such a very tough time for her.

Have you heard of ChemoAngels..........they are marvellous when doing chemo or rads.............send cards out to people and lovely little gifts..........both my late hubby and myself had them when we were doing treatment

I seem to be the one in the family who remembers to do all these things...possibly because I am the one who lives so far away, while they all have each other....

Hoping your OH is better today?
I have not read ahead yet.

I have also started a hug thread.
So many seem to need one.
I thought it may be a nice idea for people to send one another hugs on there. I hope other people think so too.

My OH's blood pressure is still high so an increase in meds atm is the verdict. I'm still washing can you believe that. Oh and my bunny had more babies. I didn't get the male out in time before he got to her again 😞 Good news is they are healthy and adorable babies and we should easily find them a home as they are purebred angoras. After this no more babies!

OH is renovating my wardrobe so it won't happen again. Next is the vent above the stove, apparently no flue just stuck up in the ceiling. Not safe at all so will do that in the new year. Thank God I married a handy man!

Apart from that we've all been fighting a cold, will be glad when we are better again.

Oh that could have been a huge disaster with no flue going through the ceiling thank goodness you found it and that the OH can fix it..........hoping that the change in meds works and the pressure comes down..the OH still not right and the lower reading in his blood pressure is not right so its off to the Docs this week.........think we live there lol
