Hi JVH sounds like one massive amount of packing up! Very exhausting. hope you are having plenty of rest inbetween boxes!

Yes big day for the children's hospital here - even the fire engines involved all day collecting! Event yesterday raised thousands. I won 2 raffles which I gave back. A few others did too!

Everything shut today except my local small supermarket so getting up and down the esplanade today was a nightmare! Think people feel a need to panic buy lol!

Morning Miss and yes a huge amount to do.........tackling the garage this am and then up to the house to complete a garden that is half done before it gets too hot

Wonderful news about the fund raiser for the hospital......and a great idea to give back what you won and they can re raffle it.  Where would we be without the angels that care for this little sick kiddies.........takes a very special type of person.

Hope that your families little angel is bouncing along and continuing to stay well......marvellous news for you all:)

Thanks JVH the imaging machine the hospital has on order with funds from the appeal will benefit the little one. Her b/day tomorrow will now be lunch tomorrow as she wanted it on her actual b/day. About to wrap her present finally lol as have been adding to it the last few weeks.

OH has actually gone back to the gym today and we have ordered the lite n easy meals (calorie controlled delivered weekly). I decided to do it as well in support mainly. Hopefully his health will be back on track!

Hope you are also managing some r and r this weekend!

Hi and great news about the OH and visiting the gym.....hope his health continues to improve in leaps and bounds:)

I know when my son is OS that our Angel orders lite and easy so she doesnt have to worry about meals when getting back from work.....they can be travelling at different times not easy but she said they are quite palatable......but of course nothing like a nice home cooked meal.  Good luck on that journey:)

Lol JVH not really looking forward to the delivered meals but have heard great success from friends being on it and the OH is keen.. Tried to order yesterday but can't till after the holiday probably Tuesday they will be back taking orders. Couldn't do it from their website will need to call.

Had a lovely yum cha for the littlies birthday and to celebrate with her parents I took a bottle of Moët to toast her good health! A really lovely afternoon!

I won a large fresh seafood tray at the club last night and had young friends of my family pop over to wish us a nice easter.....so we polished off prawns sand crab bugs and oysters and washed down with a white wine.........been stinken hot up here and horribly humid

I bet that the little angel had a blast at her very very special day......bet there was heaps of laughter and a wonderful feeling all round:)

Cold enough for snow here today lol! A very quiet day tho the little miss may come for a sleepover as I told her to pick a day (any day) and give me a call.

Got the miss here she came for a sleepover. She is currently painting the OH's toenails lol he insisted any color but pink! He is a good sport!

Hi Miss and been very busy running around as of when i write this still no word on the contract becoming unconditional.........so am going to switch off for the arvo and just take a rest as the tradies will be up in the house in the am

Hi JVH glad you get to kick back this afternoon and with the tradies on board work still progressing!

OH still struggling to remove gold polish even with the remover lol! I escaped with getting my makeup done (did look like a clown but at least it washed off)

At the dog park today was a large fox on the outskirts! Wondering if this is a concern for little dogs? We also get them time to time in our street so I go outside with the pooch at night.
