Evening all,
Weight loss is going great thanks Miss have lost over 26 kilos so fair my measurements round my belly button have gone from 150cm to 125. Also my blood tests are nearly in the good control range for a diabetic they were 9.9 down to 7.3 and this was in a 6 week period they ususally do them in a 12 week period but this was taken at the diabetes clinic. I have another test in 3 weeks so I am crossing my fingers I will be in the non-diabetic range.
I bought a push bike from Cash converters thinking I was getting a bargain, however it has been in the bike shop since thursday with various things going wrong no tube in the back tyre than I hopped on it and the pedal fell off bought a pedal and it wouldnt screw in. I will never learn it would have been cheaper to buy a new bike and probably flasher bike cost $120 and has cost me $40 so far to repair not to mention the petrol spent taking it back all the time. Rang converters to complain and was meet with all bikes are sold as is told the bloke I will never ever shop there again as long as I live and will be telling everyone about how lousy they are.
I go walking 3 to 4 times a week got my polar sports watch fixed and found out on a slack walk I am burning 744 calories and walking for 1hr 15 minutes. I go walking at the local pool in the water, lol. They have floaty dumb bells which I use as weights not many people are noticing the change when ya big not many people do.
Been doing heaps of sit ups and the plank to get rid of my belly if it wasnt for my belly or if I could afford a tummy tuck I would go down 2 sizes I reckon.
Glad the house sold Jen how was the dinner with yr neice Miss. C is 14 next Monday I am giving him $80.
Sorry for the scroller hope all is well love Kezza ๐

Hi all, got my bike outa the shop today only cost $20 went for a ride but spent most of it walking trouble is my delicate rear end was hurting too much I never noticed that the seat was so small and the person that had it has it tipped up at the end even C said it was uncomfortable. So tomorrrow I gotta go hunting for a new seat.
C gets his bike tomorrow so once we get sorted we will be able to go on rides together and he can be more independant and ride to school there's a bike track that goes almost all the way to school, we picked up a nice bike for $150 at toys R us and an organisation C is with is going to pay for it.
He was going on walks with me but he's too slack he needs too many breaks and when walking or with any exercise u need to keep goingwith breaks the lactic acid builds up in yr muscles and makes it harder to get going.
What did u think of the election Jen? I voted for the other mob, lol... Hope u r all well how was yr easter? We had no money didnt even have a roast couldnt afford it...

Afternoon all!
Hi JVH best wishes with the move and hope all goes well with the tilers!! Dinner last night reminded me of airline type food (better than the frozen dinners from the supermarket) - loads of veggies so very healthy and quite tasty on the whole. Have to say best part is not having to think of what to cook all the time. OH was ok with his - but then again he never worries about what he eats lol!
Kezza glad the bike was only $20 to get roadworthy!! Does take a while to get used to the seat and never all that comfortable. Lovely that you and C can go riding together (very bonding)! Hope you manage to find a more comfortable seat will make a lot of difference. Nice to see you well on the road to good health!
Changing the bed and mopping floors here - but it is a lovely day so makes a difference.
