34 point and I've got a lesson lined up for Friday to work out what I'm doing wrong,
on โ05-04-2016 09:03 AM
Lesson was cancelled as they got busy and he couldn't leave the shop,(booked for this Friday instead)
I had a 78 nett on the Lakes,(I was looking at a sub 70 score but then what happened).
I was looking good coming from 14 but then went double bogey, triple and quadruple on 15,16,17 and
parred the last,(went from 3 under to 6 over)

That's poor form cancelling a booked lesson
The tournament was good but I wasn't Shot in the nett 80s both days
No excuses really, I just didn't play well.
We won the first round of our 4b matchplay yesterday - on the 20th hole!!!! We should have won on the 18th, we were one up on the tee but then I made a shocking shank into the green side bunker and let them win for the square. We all played the 19th well for square then I had a really good par for the win. Phew! It was hard work, but I love match play. We start pennant next week.

Hopefully I'll get it all sorted on Friday,
Ouch!!,(you were coming good),
Well done on the 4B match play and the pennant should give you some practice at it before the
next round,

Wont be playing tomorrow as we have to travel for 4 hours to drop of a car and then come back.

i won my pennant match today! 2 up. Very happy as I have come up against this player a few times and she has always beaten me
we lost our 4b matchplay on Monday which was a bit sad. We had to give heaps of shots and they both played really well, so no complaints really.
4bbb tomorrow. Hopefully we might get to play a "real" game sometime soon

Well done on the pennant win,(she no longer has the "wood" on you)
4B match play can be hard and you have to play well but if you have to give shots it becomes even harder,(my
4B playing partner plays of 25 so that it evens out a bit).
When we won last year it was because one of us played well on each hole and they didn't.
Good luck today,

Lost my pennant match today My back was sore at the start and I was 3 down after 3 holes
Then the anti inflammatories kicked in and we got to the 18th. She put in a 20 footer for the win, so I can't complain really.
Are you playing this weekend? I've got singles Stableford tomorrow then another 4b on Sunday. Then I might need a big rest

It's hard to come back if you're three down early but to only lose to a 20 ft putt on the 18th is really well
done,
I've been playing badly of late ever since I had the lesson,(I need to go back and start from scratch I think),
-4 on Tuesday, nett 38 on Thursday in a foursomes and 29 points today,
I hope you played well today and good luck tomorrow,
The rest bit sounds good and it might be what I need,

Lessons, pfft, they're over rated It does seem to take time to "get it".
We have a new guy working in our ProShop (not a pro) who is just a new golfer. I think he's on about 23. He had 47 points today! I think he spends a fair bit of time in the tech centre in the ProShop
My back was bad again today so I had to pull out after 8 holes. I just can't get through the shot and there's no power at all. I hope my partner can carry me tomorrow
