Hmm............... be wary suggesting this to anyone who has a child with autism, some of them get very very angry
I didn't see the program but did read about it..............I wouldn't like to milk a camel but I believe the milk is about $25 a litre, may be less expensive to buy it.
I wonder how easy it is to get kids to drink it though, given a lot have food issues?

Why did they get angry Az?
The boys father is sitting looking at Dairy Farms on the internet as we speak. He's very excited about it.

No.
If he's weaned he shouldn't need milk. From any source.

But what if it does have something in it that helps autistic kids Icy?
Do you deny them because they are weaned.

No of course I don't deny them.
Go for it.
I just think it won't bring about a difference, either way.
On the contrary. I think too many animal products in our diet are part of the problem.

I think its time for new glasses as I read this as caramel milk.

Well, it wasn't me that made them angry
but apparently some of them aren't looking for a cure, they like them as they are.
Others worry that well meaning but uninformed people will hear about this and suggest they try it immediately........... and they have already tried everything.
Personally I believe that at least they are looking for answers and one day, there will be one. In the meantime, it can't hurt to try camel milk, if you can get them to.

Do you know how camel milks differs from cows milk?
It's not 'new'.
Already popular in North Africa, the Middle East and Asia, camel milk has been known as a health tonic since the first desert nomads learnt how to milk wild camels.
