A moisturiser.

My skin spesh in the T zone is really dry, I use to use alpha H but I think I need to try something else.

Crystal, if your skin is dry then the alpha H cream will probably exacerbate it.  I'm using a Priori one which I really like but I'm also using just a Nivea Lightfeel sunblock which I love!  It doesn't feel greasy at all compared to a lot of sunblocks.

If you carry on with the AHA cream then it's best to use a sunblock as well.  OK, not really 40.

Thanks Joono for the tips and you're right, the one I'm using is more than likely adding to the problem.

Go to Aldi Crystal... they have awesome creams... I have very oily skin and have never been able to find the right one... but as I was leaving I saw of cheap creams at the checkout and thought I woudl grab a few to try...

I have a face one and a hand one and I love them both.. I also use them on my feet..

I also bought four tubes of their synake cream... omg.. brilliant for wrinkles. I had to buy extra because last time I ran out and they had none left when I wanted more.

Go check out what they have or if you want me to get you some next time I am there just give me a yell.

Well i'm going to try the aldi ones and thanks heaps Cat for the offer, I have a few aldi stores around me.  I might even go tomorrow.

I think it might save me some money too.

My suggestion is Clinque moisturiser. Get the retail assistant in a Dept Store to recommend the best one for you. It is expensive but it lasts a long time.

i use Mirenesse products or PUR minerals.  they are available online and through TVSN.  they are excellent and also cruelty free (not tested on animals).  i won't use any skin care/cosmetics tested on animals.

Such is life.

Ultraceuticals are good. They aren't the cheapest, but you don't use much so they last a very long time. They are an Australian company too. You can buy it in myer and David jones.

Good idea to go and have a consultation with a beauty therapist who has been trained to analyse skin. Get some idea as to what your skin condition is and you can go from there.

Axel grease does the trick every time, being almost black it hides the wrinkles too. If you apply it thick enough it keeps the rain out and them pesky flys don't bother you 🙂

I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

I can tell you what NOT to try!

Do NOT try Loreal "Youth Code Luminosity" . There was a sample in a magazine last November, so I slapped it on. Felt nice. Until about 12 hours later when I started to itch. Came out in hives all over my face and neck. I was on chemist antihistamines for a couple of days but they didn't work so then ended up on steroids and antibiotics.

I have a bottle of the newish Thursday Plantation Rosehip Oil which is quite nice. Doesn't smell like roses though.
