A moisturiser.
My skin spesh in the T zone is really dry, I use to use alpha H but I think I need to try something else.

I use Nivea Soft, Cetaphil Daily Advance Ultra Hydrating Lotion or Sorbolene ...
The Cetaphil was recommended by the skin specialist for my son many years ago and we both still use it.
In the olden days (!) I just used Sorbolene. We did manual labour and it always protected my hands and face well .. and it was cheap!

I know.... I am well past 40's.... but my daughter uses Nowex body cloths on her face... with water.
She has sensitive skin and creams/lotions are bad for her.

I use the Lacura Q10 range from Aldi - $8.99 for a 50ml pot. I was going to try the Lacura Renovage range, that one is $19.99 but I'm so happy with the Q10 will just go on with that. Also use their face scrub 🙂
I live in SA, don't have Aldi here, so have to stock up when I go to Melbourne!!

I used Oil of Ulan (now Olay) for years. don't know whether it was genetics or the moisturiser, but people always used to judge my age as 10 years younger than I was.

if you have a really dry t-zone then I would try rosehip oil. You only need a drop and it is great, not overly expensive should last you quite a while.

Try increasing your water intake to ease dry skin, if you have to use a cream of some sort please make sure if it contains palm oil it comes from a non enviromental danger area and is not animal tested.

I'm a Olay fan as well. I have been using it for years and years and my skin is pretty good for someone just a couple of years past their 40s who spends a lot of time outside in the sun.

Actually good point about the water, I have been slack with that. I'm accidently only having a glass a day. I dont know why but I'm just not thristy these days and have to remember to drink it.
