Poor attempt at deflection.
More than 400 protesters stuck their heads in the sand on Australia’s Bondi Beach......
............... mocking the government’s reluctance to put climate change on the agenda of a G20 summit this weekend.
Very poor attempt to try and convey the message that Australians are outraged. 23,679,496 Australians DID NOT converge on Bondi beach for a head burying ceremony.
No, 400 people did, as it said in the article, which is what we are discussing. Not what 23+m other people were doing in Australia at the same time.
A great idea... burying your head in the sand - Refuse to confront or acknowledge a problem ( aka Tony Abbott and climate change)

I think the photo represents those well meaning people looking for the hole in the ozone layer. Why couldn't someone, anyone, tell them to gaze skyward for the hole in the ozone layer.
