Can you get superannuation that is virtually no fees and cash interest only?

Why can't there be a superfund that just pays 3.00% cash interest & 0.000000001% admin fees.  Does this exist?

Most superannuation funds have a cash investment only option but I doubt that you will ever get fees as low as you want.
