I can't help but comment on your friend Jack...

She sounds like a bit like someone I know.  Some of her stories would make your hair stand on end 😮   She openly goes out to pick up men for sox; meanwhile her poor long suffering husband is home with their 3 kids.

Jacks darling it's your birthday tomorrow whoohooo! Celebrate both days because the day of your birth means a new life is precious and very special and you came to earth for a very important mission and celebrate the day of your adoption because that's the day you were welcomed into a family who wanted you so much they went through the whole adoption process to have you. I hope you receive presents for both days 😉

I have a Lady Lump on my inner thigh 😮 It's a big as a walnut and was red and painful. I used lavender and tea tree oil hot compresses last night and it's gone down a little.  I have no idea what it is but I'm seeing a GP before work.

PS as for your one night stand friend jacks ..:^O

I had a quiet day. My family will be seeing me in April and we will celebrate properly then. My kids all remembered (my week of hinting worked). My challenging Miss 14 made me a power point presentation to music..it was beautiful. How thoughtful and creative. About my qualities, what I mean to her and some lovely words that bought a tear to my eye.

Have a great day everyone! I'm officially 40 now. I'm soon heading to the gym this morning for a session of pain.

ms Cat :-xThank you for your kind words re Avas X-stitch..I really enjoyed doing it,and its nice that her family like it enough to put it up so prominently..was v touched by your words.I didnt take a photo of it,so have no record to post here,but just to let others know it was AVA in orange stitching with a white background.Soon you will be on holidays and your plans sound really promising-lots of rest, good food and chanting.I read of Mr attempting to make contact with you..how weird is that-Seriously. You are doing so well, and I can imagine there are still times when it overwhelms you.. Keep your chin up..keep moving forward:-x
