The RE is finally open today!  Sheesh. Now it's their problem to fix the broken water pipe. Once that's done and I receive the amended water bill I'll be requesting the Landlord pays the majority of it.

Sally is breathing on her own and is saying a few words 🙂

Overcast and a cool breeze here.

Yesterday the dog had a wet chux tied around her neck, she didn't think much of that, but it made me feel better, the kitties, got wiped down with a damp cloth and then I draped it over Lucy cat while she lay under the ceiling fan, she is carrying a bit of weigh, so think she was feeling the heat worse.

Last night I took a cold pack to bed and cuddled up to that! :^O

Cuddly I did the same, draped a wet cloth over Pene my Birman who doesn't cope well in heat and wet Thai and Beau throughout the day. A wet chux as a neckerchief sounds like the perfect accessory on a hot day. *snickers* :^O

I hope you are feeling better today and coping with the heat around the country.

It is hot in Sydney but I have kept the curtains etc closed so the house is cooler than if they were open.

Just watch, when MrBraff comes home he will open them because he doesn't like living in a cave.  Well I don't like living in an oven. 😛

MsCat that song was the one used in the Estee Lauder commercial.  I thought you all would like to see the lyrics and you are right She_Ele - it fits in pefectly with the OK'rs.

Happy birthday to your son She_Ele.  We have something in common.  It is my half birthday today.  😄  Only 6 months to go for me.

That is such wonderful news about Sally and yes, slow baby steps forward but still going in the right direction.

I hope Kylie is coping OK.

Just finished work and it's hot. One of my resolutions was to quit wingeing as much but but but

Master 6 wants to play with his water pistol as it's really hot here. I told him his old one broke so I threw it out. True! So my mum, his grandmother, wanted me to shop for a christmas gift for him and wrap it and put it under the tree. So I know there are 2 large water pistols all wrapped from Grandma. Get this, he can't open his present until she comes to visit around Australia Day! I think I might have to call her and question this. She hasn't even paid me for them yet. 😐

Come on Kylie....you can coax the little one out with a bit of jiggling around and Indian food :-x

I hope all kitties are keeping cool. And Happy Birthday to the younger elephant 🙂

I just had another 2 shifts of work given to me..YAY! That will pay for the towels I purchased today  :8} Clearance prices plus a staff discount and I can throw out some older towels that are nearly 20 years old from my wedding (must have been good quality. They outlasted the marriage) :^O
