I used to suffer from depression many years ago. I understand what it's like so anytime you may want to chat just message me. What I used to tell myself was "the depression tells me lies". Deep down I knew life was worth living, I knew my life would get better, despite what my mind was telling me.Depression is treatable and it does get better. Whether your choice is anti-depressants, counselling or meditation or all three. They do work.

It's so cute watching MissKitty and J buy things for their new apartment. They went to Ishka ( a rustic Moroccan/Asian store in Melbourne) and have bought gorgeous painted cupboards, bowls, recycled wood mirrors, knick knicks and J bought a TV.

Do I hint that they may also need a fridge and a bed? :^O

Hi everyone - yay, only to hours behind the rest of you now.:-)

Feeling particularly grotty today as I have to have a colonoscopy tomorrow and........ well, you know what has to happen the day before one of them. 😞

The good bit about having a colonoscopy is the day after you feel so light and empty. :-x
