Hi everyone!

Jacks your new cookware looks fabulous! It will last you literally for decades. I'm using the same set I bought 30 years ago, except it's missing a saucepan because one of the kids burnt popcorn in it and no amount of scrubbing ever fixed it :^O

Cuddlykitty I was wondering where you were. I think about you everyday and I wish there was something I could do to help. ♥♥♥

Good afternoon wise ones :-x

Master 6 complained about a sore tooth this morning while eating a mandarine. I phoned the dentist and he saw him this afternoon. Brave little man had a cavity repaired in a baby tooth :_| He was quite distressed that he clamped his jaw down on the dentists finger at one stage. I don't get it, he brushes his teeth every morning and night and he saw the dentist for a check-up in January this year. Perhaps he will brush a little better now. I hope this doesn't make him scared of the dentist now 😐

I hope everyday's day has been better than my little mans. :-x

A gentle hug for Master 6. It's not nice going to the dentist.

Phew what a great day I've had today. Last night I had chest pain and vomiting. I didn't want to alarm anyone because Miss Kitty and J were fast asleep and having to get up early to start moving.

My car had been packed the night before to take down to their new apartment and I was to bring lunch. I rang my daughter and said cheerily "I just have to swing by the doctors then I'll meet you at your new apartment with lunch". I ended up having an ECG (?) thingy, I was there for an hour getting checked for a heart attack. But all is well. I got this thing called oesphigeal (sp?) spasms that causes vomiting. WT? GP gave me some medication (nexis?) and off I went. Miss Kitty's apartment is gorgeous and it's on the most beautiful street near the beach.

When I got home there was a parcel from Jill containing BizzyLizzy's BEAUTIFUL carved elephant. Thank you! Thank you! :-x

Miss Kitty and J may spent the evening with me because the electricity isn't coming on till 8pm?

All in all an 8 day. 😄

Oh and one of Miss Kitty's friends was there, just leaving .. the one that gave me my green sofa. We have never met but when she heard I was Miss Kitty's mommy she came up and gave me the biggest hug. :-x

You were lucky this time that there was a reasonable explanation but if there is a next time it might be totally different.

I am pleased that Miss Kitty and J have successfully moved and now have their own little kittynest.

Are you able to post a photo of the elephant? It sounds so special and from a very special person.  What a lovely parcel to receive.

I had a pretty good day today.  Started off seeing Damo on The Circle.  Luckily I found out about it late last night.

He did a lovely interview and then sang Beautiful with just his guitar and another.  :-x  The links are on The Circle's webste via ten.com.au

Then the postie came with my CD :-x:-x

I haven't been able to hear it properly yet because the CD player in my poot is playing up, so I had to come and put it in the DVD player but the sound was a bit different.  The DVD player is getting on a bit and it is an old style TV.

I will have to wait until I am in the car tomorrow.

Did any of you manage to see Damien at Eastland yesterday?

Tonight, I know 2 people who will be appearing on The Voice.

One is Diana Rouvas.  Her partner Eric(who no doubt will appear in the background story film clip)  is Damien's main guitarist.

Also, Vicky, originally from Russia.

I had some jaw dropping 'you did WHAT?' news from my father, so due to that pulling my day down I would rate my day as an 8.
