Simone's hubby needs some new stockings. Those fishnets he's wearing are in terrible condition!

jds, post them in the challenge thread, but please, post each one separate. Not all at once in the same message.
It is easier to vote on separate photos.

JD, usually the 'winner' of the photo challenge messages me with the new theme and I start the new thread.
It's no drama that you started it though, but please post your photos in there as per usual. I love seeing pics of your part of the world.
At the end of the challenge I'll do the tallly and announce the winners. You might like to tick the solution box on the winning entry when it's done though
I've been flat out like a lizard drinking the past few weeks and have fallen down on my dutoes a bit. I haven't taken any photos for a few weeks either. Nothing worth sharing anyway.

I was hoping to see a photo of an Inflated balloon IN the air this week, JDS.
My favorite photo above is the bird in Flight. They are all beautiful photos. Jealous, jealous. Not just of your abilities, but of all the wonderful things that you get to see. Naturally, I do love those wild horses.

As I see it, some of the ideas of the "IN" situation is just as appealing as the style of photography.
I wanted to go with as wide a category as possible so that it could be interpreted (and photographed) as widely as possible.
Not just of your abilities, but of all the wonderful things that you get to see.
I thinks it's more the good fortune to live someplace where I can see the Milky Way at night, or wild horses, or hot air balloons than ability. (Although good camera gear helps a bunch.)

My apologies for not messaging you before starting. My capacity for not understanding rules is stunning. Which explains why I spend so much time out in the desert alone. There's no one around to see me when I've effed up again. And again. And again.... I like to think of myself as kind of like one of the guys on the tv show The Big Bang Theory. (Except that I'm not that funny or intelligent.) I'll tick the solution box at the end of the challenge.

I went out to take a photo of willie wagtails egg in the nest but it's gone
It was really windy but there is no sign of it on the ground and Willie has departed. Yesterday he was swooping me if I was in that part of the yard.
I suspect the indian mynah bird may have taken it.
