do you go all out with a lighting display out the front of your home
or are you like us and only half do it with lights around gutters ect
due to the fact that someone likes them or dislikes them and you wake up in the morning to find that they have
A been stolen
B been smashed
or C both and you found them strewn halfway down the street

Yes it is Pimpy..................totally.
I admit to being a pain in the "you know where" on here at times..................but we did not deserve that.

No-one deserves to have their real life messed with.
No matter how nasty things get on the internet it's still only dots on a screen. You can turn it off and ignore it.
I've just noticed another box of fairy lights to be hung up. I'll have to get hubby to restock the beer fridge ![]()

we do Christmas lights, not n a big way, just in a few trees, on the the carport and around the veranda, I bought twice as many lights as I intended this year. The solar lights are great, love them, I think I'll keep the plain white ones up all year
Flashie, I do remember that too. some things you just don't forget
I like going for walks at night time having a look at the neighbours light displays. though last Christmas I noticed not as many houses are doing it any more.

i used to put them up. This year I have 3 individual window decoration lights which run on batteries.

i like the idea of of battery operated lights as much as the solar lights instead of using powered lights for the tree we went with battery operated ones bunnings had candy cane red and green battery lights for 7.00 and they look lovely

I love looking at them, but we don't put any on our house...no longer have small children either.
People who steal others christmas lights..can't get much lower than that. Especially when the house they were stolen from have children.. how sad for them to have to go through that.

In Qld we just had lights around the deck and Patio.
I had a big Star with lights in the front window
Guy next door had a beautiful display and when the NZ grand Children came for Christmas we only had to walk next door to see it.

Hubby puts them up outside but no over the top, I do the inside.
