My OH had the very same.
RPA (Royal Prince Alfred ) 25th August.
He has now been back working at (70) for about a month.
Do the therapy (physio & hydro) - I also got him the little pedal machine ($60) said that worked wonders for getting the knee back to 100 degrees or a tad more.
Good luck with it - be patient - takes a while to get over such an operation.
Have a very Happy & Safe Christmas & run around in 2015.
