Mr only has 1 more rad to go woohoo, he will need to come back in 2 weeks for a check up with his oncologist.

So sorry your bad times have continued.  Lets hope all is on the up now for you both.  Obviously still a hard slog to go with chemo etc.  been down that road with my boy and leukemia so have a good understanding of the emotions.and exhaustion that goes with it.

Remember that if things get too much, and you feel not able to talk to others, hospitals have psychologists, counsellers, social workers etc that are great to debrief with. Also, your hospital might have vouchers available thru their Welfare Dept to assist with parking for Outpatient appts.  You never know unless you ask.

Wicks, thanks for the info. We have been so fortunate with help, the staff at St. Vincent's are amazing, whilst I was in Hospital, I had the breast care nurse, social worker, physio, cancer care co-ordinator, and a  psychologist call and see me. All follow up will be transferred back home when we leave here next Tuesday.
