Link to NASA site; are they also part of the "great conspiracy"?

This graph, based on the comparison of atmospheric samples contained in ice cores and more recent direct measurements, provides evidence that atmospheric CO2 has increased since the Industrial Revolution

Unfortunately the the coca cola deniers will try to discredit the science. Their addiction to the noxious fluid will cloud their better judgement and alas they are in the majority 😞

good link OP, it verifies what i believed since the 70s

I have found graphs for that period mentioned in the OP
One for CO2 and one for temperature. I layered one on top of the other there is an irregularity for current CO2 v temperature for the current period.
I the past there has been a fairly close relationship between the two but that is not so for the present
Judge for your self
blue is temperature
Green is CO2

i don't think it matters anymore.
nothing, or not enough will change.
we are going to hit the wall with full speed.
my only comfort is that after we wrecked the planet and eradicated ourselves nature will be able to recover in a few million years.
on 20-09-2013 11:00 PM
One has to wonder just what speed that will be.
I agree that nature will endure and the earth will not even blink at the passing of humanity.
We may be able to contribute to the downfall of humanity but there is no way we can destroy the earth.
the earth has been around for around 34billion years and it will continue to be around until the sun winks out.
Even after that it will be still around.

maybe i was too unspecific.
i meant
destroy all live on earth (except cockroaches and scorpions).

Just think of the creatures they could evolve into. 🙂
No need for fashion they would all have the same protective carapace they would even prefer twilight and they are not to fussy about what they eat 🙂

they can't be fussy cos they would only have each other to eat.
on 20-09-2013 11:25 PM
Even better, that would prevent over crowding and they would have to reproduce for sustenance.
All those remains would also lay the foundation for fossil fuels for future evolving species 🙂

I might just add a quote from Dr Roy Spencer (He has worked for NASA since 1984 - 2001....currently the U.S. Science Team
leader for the Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer (AMSR-E) on NASA's Aqua satellite, a position he has held since 1994.
So he has 29 years of history with NASA.....
.."We are now at the point in the age of global warming hysteria where the IPCC global warming theory has crashed into the hard reality of observations.
It might well be that so widespread is the public knowledge of the hiatus in warming, recovering Arctic sea ice (at least
temporarily), continuing expansion of Antarctic sea ice, failed predictions of previous IPCC reports, etc., are forcing them to
do something to save face. Maybe even to keep from being de-funded.
A few of us are not that surprised, as we always distrusted the level of faith that climate modelers had in their understanding of
the causes of climate change.
I continue to suspect that, in the coming years, scientists will increasingly realize that more CO2 in the atmosphere is, on the
whole, good for life on Earth. Given that CO2 is necessary for life, and that nature continues to gobble up 50% of the CO2 we
produce as fast as we can produce it, I won’t be that surprised when that paradigm shift occurs, either.".....Dr Roy Spencer.
