I have accepted it (as I did many months ago) that he would win.
What I won't accept is that 'people' can vote for someone with no policies, who's values are not in line with most of the country. Who has a party full of candidates like Diaz/King/Scott/Mirabella.
I can't accept that the nation generally can be that stupid. So I will assume that Murdochs influence has been all emcompassing.

Hmmmm.... that 'folly' as you call it is not reflected in the polls of today, looks like Queensland won have any representation in the fedral parliament.

Within week of the Libs taking power Jolly Joe will say......I can't keep all those promises we made. The black hole Labor left is bigger than we thought. A classic cop out. Of course Howard claimed most of his promises weren't core promises.
