No business should be.

It's not like the couple was moderate about it either, they left with a bill of $250.

Seems they have done it elsewhere to other restaurants too.

Best legal solution if & when they are caught (& with CCTV these days, it shouldn't be too long) would be to make them repay every bill but in double or triple the amount to make up for the inconvenience of the owners having to chase things up.

yes they should, but we know how it goes

when caught they will be charged, then starts a long drawn out legal battle. the business owner will have to pay lawyers ect ect.

whilst these 2 criminals will get free representation as they are 'poor'

then even if found guilty they wont have money to pay restitution.

it will drag on for years.

wheres judge judy when you need her?
