if they havent got some really cast iron evidence they have sunk to a new low for paper sales

and if they cant prove the claims this gutter press paper should be ended.

i dont know daniel johns or anything about him, but printing stories like that is not on IMO

even if it was true, so who's business is it besides his?

hes not running the country, or doing anything that involves public money.

I have been a fan of Daniel Johns since the early days of Silverchair. He is an immensely talented singer, musician and song writer. Unfortunately, he suffered from anorexia during the height of his career. Andrew Denton interviewed him some months ago. He seemed very fragile to me, and looked depressed. He was living the life of a near hermit. The newspaper would have known this about him and probably thought he was easy prey. If they are found guilty of being libelous I hope the penalty is severe. In the meantime I hope this doesn't force him over the edge. He really is a genuine, nice, but rather sad person.
