if I were, I would assess the situation and if it was a safety issue, I would go to the police. If it was cyber stalking I would just ignore it, supposing the stalker had some personal issues and little else to do.

Since Lithium have taken over I find that they are very hard on any cyber stalking & bullying.

I praise them for this having been on the end of such appalling behaviour from adults, no less.

This thread is an odd one because we all know what to do about stalking or cyber bullying & an adult certanly knows what to do it's been done to death on these boards. .

Nothing odd about the thread and no, most people have no idea what to do about it and sometimes make the wrong choices on action.

It was pretty obvious.  I had a creepy stalker who would make sure I knew about it, doing things such as living a single red rose on the seat of my car which I would find in the morning before driving to work.

You are also correct, some people crumble and allow themselves to be intimidated. A lot of the cyber stuff escalates because of this.
