I can't get excited at the thought and was never really sold on rudd. I'd like to see a woman back there in the near future.
Which elections can you remember being passionate about?
I loved Bob Hawk at the time, then Keating and Gough was a stand out, cannot think of any others apart from really wanting Julia to win when she did.

I remember wishing in 2006 that he would never become our PM and I still wish that today.

Rudd? No, I mean Shorten. 2006 is in reference to Beaconsfield.

Do I think Bill Shorten will make a good PM?
Hard to tell, but then again anything would be an improvement on TA. The problem is that many people do not seem to understand that politicians should not be selected on sex appeal, but on their ability to perform on international scene, on their understanding of economic management etc. Just because somebody looks likable on TV does not mean they would be good to run country.

Yes, she is articulate & thoughtful; love watching her being interviewed or on Q&A. I would just hate seeing her being treated as badly as Gillard.
