"Many Rivers to Cross" ... and LOTS more.

She sang at our gig last Sunday.

Evidently on the way somewhere and her car broke down ... so she came into the little cafe where we were playing ... sat and had a listen and her minder put her name up on our board (it's an open mike thing)  everyone thought it was a joke until she actually got up.

Oh, and while we're on the subject, we also went to a Phil Emmanuel gig a few weeks ago and A had his photo taken with Phil - nice bloke - good player , but LOUD!!!

Anyway, I've done my bit of name dropping so I'll go to bed now ...

Any one else had a brush with the famous recently?

Well, it was probably her minder husband that was with her then ...

Lucky for us that their car broke down. Lucky for them too because they got to hear some good musicians 😉
