Does anyone know a good inline montage/collage maker?

I want to put together a multi-generational montage but can't seem to find what I want.

I want somthing that looks a little bit "old" and allows me to put more than 4 photos in random overlapping mode. 

I have found some that have each of those features but none with all of them

There is another one that a girlfriend uses photovisi...............just google it.

photovisi is one of the ones I was looking at. I really liked them but they limited the number of photos I could merge.

picasa 3 i still use for ebay listings

and used to collage a number of images in one picture back when ebay charged for pictures

also luker, you might have a printer scanner that has its own software to edit photos?
