Before making any comment on the reason he took his own life I'd want to know a lot more about his background. I think he was a very confused and troubled young man. Crashing a childen's story telling session to shout abuse at a drag queen doesn't strike me as the kind of thing most homosexuals would do,
Was he ashamed of being gay?
Was he struggling to reconcile his sexual orientation with his conservatism?
Did he have a supportive family or were they trying to 'cure' him?
Had he been sexually abused as a child and believed that was what had made him gay?
Did he have a boyfriend and if so how did the boyftiend feel about his behaviour - had they perhaps quarreled over it.?
There are so many questions that would need to be answered in order to make any sense of the situation.
