This would have to be the best news story of the weekend so far.

PASCALE Honore is just like any other surfer, keen to drop everything when the waves are up to find the perfect ride - except she's a paraplegic.

In order to ride the waves of the state's rugged West Coast, Pascale and her surfing partner Tyron Swan, 23, have come up with a unique solution involving a roll of duct tape and a whole lot of courage.

I did say good on with her for getting on with her life and not letting it destroy her life.... 

I still have the right to think what I do... knowing people that have routinely gone to crash sites I can tell you that many years on these incidents build up and cause PTSD in many people... 

I thought great.. good on her until I read that part about drink driving... I guess the good thing is that it was only her that was injured.... alcohol and driving just don't go together...
