POLAND - PORTUGAL quarter final was played.
A close game with stats being very similar and Portugal having 52% of possession.
Full time finished on 1 - 1 and extra time didn't bring any further goals to decide the outcome with Ronaldo missing some opportunities throughout the game.
Into penalties, Ronaldo made sure of his penalty kick even though he has surprisingly missed 6 of his last 7 penalties.

A convincing win to the home side but Iceland go home with their heads held high in their best ever result.

Portugal 2 - 0 Wales
After an even first half, Ronaldo scores the first goal with a strong header then on the next makes a shot for goal and Nani deflects it in for the second goal.
