Earring Stands & Holders - Who Needs Them?

My neighbour gave me one like this once, but I never used it, never had a space for it.

I just hang mine on the lampshade and stick the lapel pins on the shade:

or off the little jewellry box on the bathroom windowsill:

Lol I'm not a dedicated follower of fashion either, sin, but I do like to keep up with the latest trends. Working at the front desk of a medium-sized corporation means I have to dress in a corporate style, and I like a tailored look, with discreet hemlines, heels and jewellry.

Weekends I'm the total opposite. I'll bum around in jeans and tracksuit pants.

When they get all tangled up I go in and cull them lol.

Icy, try rolling them up and put inside the cardboard roll found inside toilet rolls. You can cover the rolls with fancy paper or just write on the roll which scarf is inside. You can get a lot of these small rolls on the bottom of a single dresser drawer. No more hunting for your favourite scarf, and no more damage to them being tangled. I have previously been accused of being obsessive about storage. Probably accurate.

Wow Jean! That takes a lot more focus on tidy than I'm capapable of. Woman Very Happy Good idea, though!

My scarves are mostly the knitted kind, or large silk ones which would be bit big for inside a toilet roll.

To keep them reasonable tidy I double them over and tie them in a loose knot so they don't tangle too much.

That's after they've been hanging over the back of a chair or door handle or clothing rack for a cpl of days, lol.
