Ebola now killing almost 150 per day

There is some hope now.

Researchers develop Ebola prototype vaccine

The World Health Organisation recently reported that seven thousand people have now died of the deadly Ebola virus.

Now, researchers in the United States are working on a "first generation" prototype vaccine, and have so far found promising results.

It raises hopes that researchers may be getting closer to developing a more potent vaccine to protect whole populations in West Africa.

Some very promising news indeed.  I know they've been working overtime (day and night) to come up with this vaccine.  I heard it will be ready for humans in 2015.  What a blessing!

Merry Christmas, friends. Heart

Another good example of a UN clustereff.

Too bloated an organisation to identify a huge threat and then respond at an appropriate speed
With the appropriate systems.

Even the UN admitted it.
