Emergency! I am having a mental blank while trying to cook a stir fry!!

I normally chuck in premix veges but have bought fresh ones (baby corn, snow peas and broccolini). So am I supposed to steam them first or just chuck it all the wok??

Speaking of food ...

I made a nice dinner last night. It was better than I expected it to turn out.

I oven roasted some tiny shallots in a pan. I steamed potato and organic pumpkin (yummy!) until almost cooked then threw them in with the shallots with lots of olive oil and added lots of ground black pepper and rock salt.. I roasted them until the potatoes and pumpkin had crispy bits. Meanwhile I steamed cauli and broccoli and made a cheese sauce.

When the vege's were done I placed it all in a casserole dish, added the cheese sauce and fresh chives and baked in the oven for 15 mins.

I was going to add quinoa for protein but couldn't be bothered. :^O

Basically it was roasted veg with a cheese sauce. It would be very filling and comforting on a cold winters night.
