Finally! Our society is becoming less politically correct.

When criticism of Gillard & her failed policies & constant missteps is turned into sexism & misogyny rants to deflect it, we know that it has all unravelled for Gillard.

She is the one who played the gender card, she is the one who uses it to try to gain advantage "see blue ties speech" & when it backfired to such a state that women all over Australia rebelled, she pulled the menugate card out she's been sitting on for over 3 months.

Miss Gillard is so loathed now, by over 50% of the voters, they are thinking the unthinkable, knife her & allow the even more hated & loathed Rudd back.

Can it get any worse for Labor when her own colleagues are publicly calling for her to step aside.

She is fatally damaged, a mortal blow for Labor if they keep her, they will all meet their waterloo Sept 14th.

The point is she is not criticised about policy as much as attacked over everything else.

Her policies are either ignored or mocked.

They are not analysed and critiqued as they should be.

Of course it's fair to judge, if a person screws up, but as you yourself admitted last week you didn't wait for a screw up you had already judged her, based on the Rudd factor.

WOW - JUST WOW

May I refresh your memory about your attitude towards the NDIS?

[sic] "I don't care how it is funded", "I didn't study it in detail"

It looks like we are in an endless iteration loop.

I have no doubt it will even outlast the 14th. September.

Whichever way the election goes there will be differences in opinion in spite of Conroy attempting to gag freedom of speech.

This government has introduced "Legislation by Ramrod" and no doubt that the incoming government will follow suit. The days of parliamentry debate for the good of all is in its death thros.

Poor Fellow My Country.

I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

What tax lie?

The carbon price she said she would look at introducing?

The issue Abbott suggested a simple tax would be the best solution for previously?

Hardly and endless string.

I can think of two more

The school kid's "bonus" - not really a bonus, was it? All that did was push a whole heap of people into higher tax brackets to offset her sales pitch of raising the levels of taxable income, reducing the access that many lower income people had to government benefits.

and now the lie about the Medicare levy increase. Sold to us to provide care for a group of people who should already be getting care - but instead of having the balls to admit they don't have the money to fund the health system as it is, they make an emotive pitch to subdivide it to justify to the voters taking more money from their taxable income.

Me not caring/saying it is not my job to fund it is not saying the policy should not be analysed. The NDIS has been analysed by people better qualified than me from the reviews to the implementation stage.   I do not need to study the financial details in full as I trust the judgement of those who have and are working on the financials..  Some things just have to have the money found for them and NDIS is one.

No need to refresh my memory, thanks all the same.

You mean it does not matter if there is a cost/benefit done or not, much like the NBN?

This government is a collector of white elephants.

Government by "Hey that's a great idea" but ideas need to be thought through not just dumped into legislation for coming generations to pay for
