Flybuys - any tips anyone ??

I love Flybuys over the last couple of years, I have got a Hedgren handbag, 2 movie tickets and a 

Ipod shuffle and a voucher for Mix clothing

I try to buy when there are additional points available

anyone got any tips to maximise their points ??

I recently found a monthly survey = 1000  easy points  !!
