I guess the guy that was running for his life and was not charged for running over the bikers was lucky to escape with his life.
If that biker was really concerened about his friends being run over then he should have stayed with them and offered assistance to his mates rather than chasing down a man and trying to kill him.
I can see totally that the guy in the 4x4 did not run over these men because he felt like they were in his way, he obviously thought he was going to die....
