For reasons that are unmentionable here but are fairly obvious, after 12 or more years I shall no longer be posting here.

I will voluntary join the ranks of the many posters who either willingly or unwillingly no longer contribute to this forum.

The problem here Joe is that the mods are increasingly overstepping their boundaries and I don't like what this place is starting to become, either. When Lithium first took over it was a good place to post but just lately you can't even look sideways without copping a nasty message from the mods, and I have to wonder if the power is starting to go to their heads.

I honestly don't blame Poddy for making the decision not to post here any more, and I know I don't enjoy this place anywhere near as much as I used to, but I don't think I'll leave voluntarily. Not just yet, at least. The way things are going, it'll probably be the decision of the mods as to when I cease posting on these boards. I'm just hoping that it won't be sooner than later.

just re-reading my post, i'm sure i edited an extra 'a' off, i must have wiped off "few" (forums) as well, by mistake

cq, i must admit i enjoyed posting on the previous chaotic world of LW where context wasn't considered

comparing the two, the current management are over moderating and are even adjusting things taking it upon themselves without an indication from a report

now if there were only a balance, the place might gain some interest

i'll still post here, and i do anywhere i want on the net under anybody's rules, it's just that.. some places might prevent you from just being you

I agree.

When you cannot use the correct word for anatomical parts of the human body, well that is just plain stupid.

That's just one example of being treated like a child.
