A few weeks ago I purchased an item from a US website. I checked the website closely and looked at the reviews. While something seemed wrong with the site that I couldn't put my finger on, I never-the-less went ahead with the purchase and paid by mastercard.
I have not received the item, it hasn't been shipped and they are not responding to any of my contacts. I visited their Facebook page today and all comments (other than one) were complaints identical to mine and one person asked if they are a fake company. I commented that I have had the same experience and questioned whether they are fraudulent. My comment was removed very quickly and the feature to make further comments was removed.
I have reported the site and my complaint to the ACCC in Australia and the FTC in the US.
Can anyone provide advice on whether there is another avenue to complain? I know I have lost my money. However, the site is still operating and selling the item to unsuspecting buyers. I really want them stopped.

Thanks. I'll follow up on a chargeback tomorrow. I'm not sure there is a site administrator, it's their own https site!
